Shipping
From the time of purchase, all orders will be prepared and shipped within 1 business day. Domestic orders in the United States will be sent through USPS and delivered estimated 1-3 business days depending on where the order is going. Any international orders will be delivered estimated within 4-5 business days.
For customers in South Korea, please include the Personal Customs Clearance Number at the checkout in the “shipping address” section.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns. We only accept exchanges when the products are defective or damaged. Please send a picture and description to info@r2tbio.com within 3 days of the delivered date. After reviewing the description, if approved, we will send you new products.
